The Seahorses are involved in many aspects of the community. Since kids are the future of our community, we focus much of our community outreach on kids’ sports programs, including: after school soccer clinics, partnering with local schools and churches for character building assemblies, and first-class private coaching for local individuals and teams, as well as our own soccer camps. Our adult community outreach is most evident in our various teams. Members of our own La Mirada community are instrumental in running and playing on these teams, as well as comprising our loyal fan base who attend our exciting games. We also encourage participation in our weekly adult outreach of Tuesday morning futsal. 

Community is essential to our vision and mission. As Christians, we see ourselves as members of the body of Christ; a community that expands throughout our local community and throughout the world. Our hope and prayer is that through our work, the message of the gospel will create physical and spiritual growth in the community of this body.
